Dawes Design was engaged to design a 2 storey home on a unique shape block with views to north & west over the local golf course.
We incorporated laundry, bath, wc & two bedrooms on the east side of the dwelling & utilsed the north & west sides for the open plan kitchen dining, living & family which opens out to the outdoor entertaining area with a fully concealed stacker sliding door unit & servery to the kitchen. The master bedroom was designed into a triangular winged gable facade with feature interlocaking copper panelling, with a large open plan ensuite and feature window / bath area.
On the lower level we incorporated polished concrete into the gym / rumpus, fully functioned stepped theatre room & guest bedroom with ensuite & wir.
