Dawes Design was engaged to design a 4 bed, 3 living room & open kitchen kitchen dining area with a large home office incorporated into the roof space over the garage. The design incorporated 40 degree roof pitches with a shingle roof and feature stonework, render & columns to facade. The design incorporated and angled wing the allowed access to views & solar gain to the north.
