Dawes Design was engaged to design a 3rd storey extension to this 1960’s B/V home. The brief was a new master bedroom & parents retreat, ensuite & walk in robe. This level was to be designed to maximise views to the south east over the township of Warragul & to views to Mount Worth. On the existing living level was to be remodeled the existing 3 bedroom, study, 2 living area & 2 car garage home into 3 bedroom home, with new large study/ office, theatre room, Walk in robes to all existing bedrooms, new bathroom & laundry arrangement, create new entry aceess into the home & new formal entry area. Finally re-design And create a new open plan kitchen, dining & family area incorporating a new modern 3 storey staircase & new high end disable access lift over all 3 levels. The garage level was re-designed from a 2 car garage into a large 4 car garage with an separated by a large worksshop & storage area.
